LuloAI is the independent consultancy of Cristian Perez, a London-based engineering leader with over 15 years in technology across automotive, banking and insurance. The work is hands-on and outcome-driven: working software in production, not slideware.

- Real-time telematics for a global automaker's entire connected fleet in Europe, leading the ingestion platform at its European telematics arm, including the integration layer behind a fleet-management and CO2-emissions solution for a major international sporting event.
- A production agentic assistant on Spring AI and AWS Bedrock for a pan-European vehicle leasing and mobility platform, live across multiple markets, with guardrails, golden-question evaluation and full observability. Appointed engineering-wide AI lead across ~45 engineers.
- An AWS-native data platform for a Fortune 100 commercial insurer, as Principal Consultant at a UK data and AI consultancy: Delta Lake ELT, governed data localisation across four regions, and dbt as the transformation engine.
- Engineering leadership across consultancies and product companies, from 25+ Java microservices powering a major marketing-platform migration, to hiring and coaching data teams as an Engineering Manager.
